interesting how the diagonal telephone line mirrors the pool on the bottom half. 
it adds a unique twist to your photograph which depicts reflection as a strength.
the contrast of the fluid water and rough stone makes a wonderful foreground interest.
the tones are great, i think every little detail just looks perfectly balanced. however, the clouds are burnt out and mayb you've lessen the apparent brightness because it looks grayish and flat now, but that's a minor thing in the overall photo.
